Description

Complete with full width glass canopy structure the BPD2 offers a saladette perfect for front of house storage and prep. Featuring high grade AISI 304 stainless steel exterior and interior, one adjustable shelf per door, a glass shelf for non-refrigerated goods and a 135mm deep polypropylene cutting board. Fan assisted cooling is supported by a 35mm insulation all around the main body of the unit, finished off with adjustable feet, self-closing doors and rounded corners.
